Auto Recyclers Inc. hereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and functional. If a part is found to be defective within 30, 60 or 90 days of purchase, Auto Recyclers Inc. shall, at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. A non-warranty return is allowed only at seller’s discretion. All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt. NO cash refunds after 30 days, part replacement only and customer needs to pay part price difference. All parts must be returned in the original shape and condition, not taken apart while in control of purchaser or their agents. If parts have been taken apart or altered the warranty is VOIDED.
ANY body parts cut off of a vehicle and ANY electrical parts are NOT returnable!

Engines are warranted against rod knocks, cracks, and excessive smoking. External parts such as, but not limited to; water pumps, distributors, fuel pumps, etc. are NOT warranted! THERE is no warranty for labor to install, remove, or replace any part. Heads and engines have heat tabs that melt and fall off upon over heating. OVER HEATING WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES! All engines and transmissions are sold as exchange or a core fee will be charged.
Transmissions, Transaxles, and differentials are warranted to work properly. We require that new seals and gaskets be installed. We do not warranty against oil leaks. Warranties void if transmissions line and coolers are not flushed with a Trans flush cleaning agent.

Special ordered parts are not returnable.
